Yesterday we flew 120 miles south to Durban in less than ideal weather. When we landed we were told there was a guest house with an air strip and hangerage 5 minutes away, so after a coffee we flew on. We are now staying in a very nice guest house near Durban and the trikes are enjoying a night in a hangar - just as well as the wind is very strong!
Today we have just done a local flight and seen several rhinos from the air. Northerly winds are promised tomorrow so we’re planning a big flight with tail winds - fingers crossed!
